2. Payments

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable once work has started for the billing cycle.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely inputs, approvals, and access required to deliver services effectively.

4. Content & Usage

All created content remains usable by GroSocial for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

5. Termination

Either party may discontinue services with prior notice. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

GroSocial is not liable for platform algorithm changes, reach fluctuations, or third‑party service issues.
